ECOMMERCE RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES
Many of our products are handmade and hand dyed. Please note that variation in color and texture is inherent to the product and adds to its beauty.
Madeline Weinrib accepts returns, with the below exceptions, within 7 days upon delivery for a full refund, or within 30 days for merchandise credit. All items must be returned in showroom condition with original tags. You will be responsible for the arrangement and cost of return shipping and delivery with the exception of damaged items. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet Madeline Weinrib return requirements.
- Products purchased on sale are final sale and non returnable.
- Rug Padding is cut to size and is non-refundable.
- All fabric is final sale and is NOT returnable. After approving your cutting for approval (CFA) and making payment, the fabric is cut to order and shipped within 7-14 days. Should you decide not to proceed with your fabric order after receiving your CFA please contact Online Customer Service to cancel your order. Your credit card will not be charged.
Please note that all items must be returned in showroom condition with original tags. We will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. Should you discover a defect in your order, please contact Online Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt. We will provide you with an authorized pre-paid shipping label and issue a full refund.

HOW TO RETURN MERCHANDISE
- To begin a return, please contact Online Customer Service. Include your full name, order number, and reason for return. If your return is approved you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You MUST have a valid RMA number in order to return any merchandise.
- Complete the return form included in your order and securely repackage your merchandise.
- After your return authorization has been approved and sent, you may ship the merchandise back to:

- Ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method. Madeline Weinrib cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
- You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Once we have received your merchandise back in showroom condition, we will credit you in the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Madeline Weinrib.
